1. Products

• All products are described as accurately as possible (book titles, formats, etc.).

• Colours and images may vary slightly due to screen settings.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment is taken securely at checkout via [Wix Payments / PayPal].

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within [X working days].

• Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we aim for [X–X working days UK / international delivery times].

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Digital products (eBooks) are non-refundable once downloaded.

• Physical books may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unopened and in resaleable condition and not personalised and signed with your name.

• To request a return, please contact us at terosemeyer@yahoo.com. Customers are responsible for return postage.

5. Cancellations

• You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at terosemeyer@yahoo.com.

• We only use your personal information (such as name, address, and email) to process your order.

• We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. delivery services).
